Opening Remarks: Lulla Sierra Johns, Exploring The Body, Mind and Soul Connection.

Guest Speaker: Frank Austen (Manyhorses) The Teachings of the Ancient Trail is the Path to Absolute                                Truth Master Yourself to Heal Yourself and Your Body. This is an all day workshop continuing in the afternoon as one                              break-out group.

10:00 am       Tea-Coffee Break
After coffee/tea break Manyhorses will continue with ‘Master Yourself to Heal Yourself and Body’ teachings.

12 Noon           Lunch

1:30 pm           Four Workshops:

• Teachings of the Ancient Trail, Manyhorses, Main Hall, Crystal Ballroom
• Working with Stone & Mineral Energy: Dr. Anne McMurtry
• Working with the Breath to Change and Release Emotions: Mahara Brenna, (bring pillow & blanket)
