These special rates (see below) will be honored up to three days prior and three days after the conference on an availability basis for those guests wishing to extend their stay. Conference dates are March 23rd-26th, 2010.

Standard Room

$79 CAD net based on single/double occupancy in a Standard Room (1 King/Queen or 2 Twin beds) per room per night, plus 10% Provincial Sales Tax and 5% Goods and Services Tax.

Deluxe Room

$99 CAD net (bigger room with 2 Double beds, a wetsink and a mini fridge) based on single/double occupancy plus taxes.

Additional $20 charge plus taxes for each additional person on top of $99 CAD. A Deluxe Room would be offered to these guests. Please note maximum of 4 people per room. (eg quad occupancy will be $219 plus taxes)

Kids 18 and under stays free!

Should you require Wireless High-Speed Internet service, the fee is $14 all inclusive per 24 hours.

Executive King or Queen Rooms

$119 CAD net (6 highest floors with a premium view of the city/sea, including Wireless High-Speed Internet access, mini fridge, more colorful décor & primarily non-smoking floors), based on single/double occupancy plus taxes.

GUESTROOM PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

From our understanding, your guests are responsible for their own guestrooms, incidentals and taxes. They are responsible for booking, making changes and canceling their own reservations.

Should there be any cancellation, please have your guests contact the hotel as soon as possible. There will be no penalty for any individual room canceled 24 hours prior to arrival.
